The ideal candidate will manage the company's marketing department and strategy. They will be responsible for all social media, mailing lists, eshots, marketing campaigns, catalogues, brochures and flyers, the website and any other documents or activities related to Marketing.

Expectations and Objectives for the Marketing Manager:
- Ensure consistent brand and corporate image in all areas
- Ensure sales/marketing work together closely and follow the same process so that sales are fed with sufficient leads to drive company growth targets
- Create strong understanding of ROI on activities
- Ensure marketing calendar is kept on track each month and agencies help accountable 
- Ensure the budget is adhered to 
- Ensure KSI's (Key Success Indicators) are met both internally and as agreed with key partners

Key Aims for the Marketing Manager role:
- Lead generation for the sales team
- Marketing plan is kept to schedule as per plan each month
- Ensure all relevant meetings are attended on time in line with the company meeting calendar
- Weekly/monthly reports are submitted on time 
- To ensure marketing budget is adhered to allowing for contingency spend
- Analysis, understand and report on ROI for each activity on marketing plan
- Close communication with sales department to ensure the two departments work together closely

Marketing Manager Responsibilities:
- Prepare and manage the Marketing Calendar weekly ensuring all activities and budgets are strictly kept to
- Work with purchasing on special deals and stock clearance lines available from suppliers to produce
- Liaise with external agencies so that work is managed to deadlines and ensure they are held accountable
- Arrange mail fulfilment for market material that is posted including managing the Royal Mail On Line Business account for this purpose
- Review, design and manage new catalogues using the help of purchasing and new products development manager every 12 months
- Launch new products and brands
- Produce all collateral required in conjunction with agency as per marketing plan
- Ensure branding is consistent throughout the organization making sure everything is in line with brand guidelines including all stationery and packing materials
- Monitor the websites performance and make improvements required in all areas
- Online projects also include product listing copy, blogs, news articles
- Offline projects to include brochures, editorials, case studies, internal and external newsletters etc.
- Organisation of trade shows including pre-marketing activities, stand design/build up and breakdown, and post show follow up
- Design/send weekly eshots using indesign

Marketing Manager Qualifications/Knowledge Requirements: 
- Understanding of Magento and Word Press 
- Ideally has had training how to use InDesign 
- Marketing qualifications will be looked for 
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media
