Our client - a 2AA Rosette Luxury Golf & Country Club are looking for a Sous Chef to join their team in the a'la Carte restaurant.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a beautiful and well established 5* Golf & Country Club. Delivery qualtity food - you must have experience in working in a similar environment.
Key elements of the role -
- Food & Hygiene Certificate
- Prepare and cook food, in line with the restaurants standards
- Helping to create new dishes with the team
- Stock managing
- Asssiting the Head Chef with all elements in a busy kitchen
This role is approximately 40 hours a week and there are no split shifts involved.
