Our client based in Shalford, Braintree Essex are looking for a full time Head Chef/Senior Sous Chef.
Key elements of the Head Chef/ Senior Sous Chef role -
- Food preparation
- Assisting writing menus
- Food hygiene
- Ordering food from suppliers
- Used to working in a busy pub kitchen
We are ideally looking for -
- NVQs 1, 2 and 3 in cookery and Food Hygiene Certificate
- Experience in working in a pub restaurant as a Head Chef / Senior Sous Chef
The role is to start ASAP and there are no split shifts.
